Jessica Super has over 20 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and management. She has an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business with an undergraduate degree in Finance and International Business, minor in Spanish from Pennsylvania State University. Super began her career as an Account Executive for JP Morgan Chase and although successful in this industry, Super sought a career in renewables; wanting to make a difference in how energy was produced. Super joined REC Solar, a leader in residential and commercial photovoltaic rooftop solutions, as a sales manager and was instrumental in assisting REC Solar to achieving a milestone 5,000 photovoltaic (PV) installations, an industry first at the time for any company. Super was then recruited by North America’s largest PV manufacturer and became the Southwest Regional Sales Manager at Canadian Solar Inc. (CSI). In an uber competitive environment with over 50 newly established manufacturers hitting the market and at the height of product positioning, she quadrupled the company's customer base.

Jessica’s experience and connections within the renewable industry broadened as she headed up the Western Region for the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), becoming keenly aware of policy needs and advocacy driving the future in this space. Super sees reliable, secure communications and managed networks ensuring quality data transfer as a next step for cyber security and efficient means of decision making for operations of Utility and Distributed Energy Resources.
